What am I buying?

Books, journals and individual chapters are digital PDF resources. Check the product description for the exact contents. No physical copy is shipped.

How do I access my PDF?

After checkout, follow the download instructions shown for your order or sent to the email address you used. Check your inbox and spam folder. Keep your order number so we can help if a link is missing.

My download is missing or will not open

Check that you used the correct email address at checkout. Try opening the downloaded file in a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. If you still need help, contact SelfHug with your order number, the product title and a short description of the problem. Never send payment-card details, passwords or one-time codes.
